Description

AMBER-MASTER is a self-sealing waterborne wood coating designed for the toughest of situations. This unique product gives wood-grain that “popped” look that is common to solvent products. Amber-Master can be used as a first coat to enhance the grain and top coated with other E.S.C. products. Although designed for the flooring industry its versatility lends itself to other interior applications where extra durability and abrasion resistance are desired. This is not a “toned” product it enhances the grain through its own unique chemistry. Application: AMBER-MASTER can be brushed or sprayed. For brush applications use a hi-quality synthetic bristle brush. For flooring a bar roller or pad applicator is desired. Stir gently so as not to create air bubbles and do not over work product during application. The least number of strokes to apply the material evenly will also prevent bubbles. Do not over-apply. Thin coats are better than heavy coats. Product should not go on looking milky. If it does, you have applied too much and dry time will be lengthened substantially. Dry Time: AMBER-MASTER is designed to dry to sand at 75 F in less than 1 hour. Re-coat immediately after sanding. Apply 3-4 coats for flooring. It is safest to apply no more than 2 coats per day. Product must be completely dry before another coat is applied. Normal foot traffic is OK within 24 hours. Maximum hardness occurs after 7 days. Clean-Up: Clean and flush all equipment with water immediately after use. E.S.C. Coatings are designed for the professional and therefore a certain level of knowledge is assumed.
